Columbia Mayor Darwin Hindman signed a petition in support of adding the puppy mill resolution to the November ballot, passed around by Mary Ella Steck of The Political Animal, at the conclusion of the 2010 Columbia Values Diversity Celebration on Thursday, January 14. The petition needs 1,000 valid signatures by April for ballot approval.
